This post consists of some loose ideas.
I’ve been somewhat under the weather. I haven’t been feeling great recently and I didn’t sleep much last night.
“Rise of the Machines” by Jedi Mind Tricks is a good song. I wonder if Vinnie Paz is insulting Del the Funky Homosapien and Kool Keith. “You’re just a homosexual” sounds like a play on words of Del’s artist name. “Rhyming about flowers and shit” could be a reference to Kool Keith’s song “Blue Flowers”. “Housing your shit” could be a reference to Kool Keith’s song “Housing Things”. Dan the Automator produced for both of them, so I wonder if it’s an indirect diss to Dan.
Speaking of, Deltron 3030 and Dr. Octagon go together well when listened to one after another.
Tekken 8 – 4.5 bananas
There’s little difference to me between something rated 5 bananas and something rated 4 bananas. The software seems pretty stable. I haven’t had a problem when opening, closing, or running the program. I tried to do something interesting (or maybe even fancy) with the graphics settings, but went back to automatically adjusted presets. My main in Tekken 7 is Kunimitsu, but I also played Kuma. Tekken 8 doesn’t have Kunimitsu, and the character who plays like Kunimitsu is Victor, and he’s unattractive, so I don’t want to play him, so I play Kuma.
The Return of Dr. Octagon – 4 bananas
Rated higher than RYM’s rating for nostalgia reasons, and it’s enjoyable.
R.A.P. Ferreira & Fumitake Tamura – The First Fist to Make Contact When We Dap – 4 bananas
It’s pretty short and I like it.
Bananarama – Bananarama – 4 bananas
The songwriting isn’t great. It’s enjoyable.
